The team did a fantastic job getting us setup with a local guide who spoke English. Luisa did a phenomenal job at the Forum and the Vatican! My wife and daughter had the good fortune to have Elisa as our guide in Valencia. She picked us up in the morning promptly from our hotel, and with her driver we headed out to the fabulous underground river for which Valencia is famous. Elisa gave us running commentary on the way there, such as the history of some of the castles on the way and the communities they supported. We even learned that the famous Valencia oranges, massive groves of which were seen on our drive, actually came originally from California. Elisa accompanied us on the tour of the underground river caves and enriched us with supplementary information beyond that which the boatman provided. Incidentally, I would highly recommend this adventure. Once back in town, Elisa gave us a terrific walking tour with history of the various churches, monuments, etc, and she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She had some wonderful stories of the Jewish history of Valencia, both before and after the Inquisition of 1492. Couldn't recommend her more highly. A great day spent in Valencia.

Our experience was wonderful. Our driver was great. He knew his way around Roma, and he got us close to attractions. Luisa was so good. She was full of information and shared it with Rosie and me. Our day and one half with them was the highlight of our trip. When they left us on Saturday afternoon, we had new friends. Frank Spencer

For anyone wanting a private tour/excursion I would encourage you to contact Tim at MyExcursions Last week was the 2nd time we have used them. Tim put together a tour at our stop in Halifax Nova Scotia. The guide/driver, Terry, was excellent. He not only took us places that are well known, we saw things that are not so well know. Terry was full of local information and history. Filling the drive time with information and antidotes. The 2nd was for our stop in St. John. Our driver/guide, Kenan, was great. He had the uncanny ability to avoid the buses. We were able to see the reversing falls coming in and going out. He also made numerous stops that were not planned, showing us things "off the beaten path. We have pictures to prove it. His knowledge of the landscape, rivers and impact of the glaciers was outstanding. Yes, you can take one of the excursions offered by the cruise line, but you get way more for you money booking with Tim at MyExcursions. Message me if you want more info.

Tim was very knowledgeable and organized a customized tour of Bali for my friend and me at reasonable prices. I made several tweaks to the itinerary and also had a logistical issue during the tour, and Tim was patient, responsive, and effective in providing solutions. Highly recommend.

My wife and I, along with five other close friends, just returned from eleven fabulous days in Europe. Many thanks to Tim Harwood and MyExcursions.com for planning our private and custom tour of Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Tim arranged a private driver\tour guide to drive all seven of us to our desired destinations and along the way, the driver provided indebt commentary to enhance the experience. The driver\tour guide also made suggestions for sites to see, pictures to capture and other personal insights that really exceeded our expectations and enhanced our experience. Tim’s adept knowledge of Europe, along with his vast array of personal connections to travel industry experts like our driver\tour guide, really made our trip seamless and stress free. I also considered the cost of the private and customized tour that Tim arranged to be very reasonable, and in line with other group tours of Europe we took in previous years. This trip was our second private and custom excursion to Europe that Tim Harwood and MyExcursions.com arranged for us. Recently the Lee Family & Friends (61 people in the group) ventured on a Scandinavian Cruise to 6 different countries over 12 days. The trip was very successful and enjoyable, but it wouldn’t be what it was without Tim and My Excursions. They handled our transfers from airport to hotel, they secured a first class hotel for us. They handled two tours prior to us getting on board the ship. They handled all the tours in the different countries for us, and they also handled the transfers from the ship back to the airport. As the group leader, I can say this wasn’t an easy task, but with the skilled bus drivers and tour guides everything went smooth as can be. We did experience a glitch at the arriving airport in that two of our arriving members were not picked up as planned. I called Tim at 4a.m. and he took care of the situation right away, the members were happy and satisfied. We were grounded at one of the port of calls due to bad weather. This throw us off schedule for 2 days. I called Tim, this time it was in the afternoon. He took the information needed and said he would get back to me. Tim did get back via text, email and phone call. He also text a few members of the group with the information. By doing it this way he made sure someone received the updated information in advance before we reached the next port. The fact that the ship scheduled had changed, arrangements had to be made at the next destination for the tours that Tim had organized prior to the change of schedule due to inclement weather. I must say that Tim did a good job not only with communicating but rescheduling the tours to fit our arriving needs, and to make sure we were satisfied, thank you Tim. Last but not least, I was recommended to My Excursions in 2012 and they did our first European tour in 2013, we were very satisfied with what we got then, and so we continue to use them for all our tours, hotels, and transfers. We booked two days with a private guide in Bucharest, Romania. Although this is a part of the world where there was a bit of uncertainty on our part everything was smooth. Our guide was outstanding. The hotel that was reserved was the very best in the city where we spent overnight. I will absolutely use MyExcursions the next time that we need private guided tours in our travels.

Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and never hesitated to go back and forth with me on all of my many questions. I had never planned excursions this way before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect until the moment we showed up—but it ended up being easier than I ever imagined! Everything was organized perfectly, and we truly had nothing to worry about. Tim even handled a last-minute time-change request without hesitation. I was traveling with my grandma, who has some mobility limitations, and the guide and driver truly made our experience in Rome unforgettable.
